MAGIC HANDS WASH is a DBA of MAGIC HANDS WASH AND SERVICES LLC (“MAGIC HANDS WASH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, forms, services, and SMS communications.

2. Program Description

By providing your phone number through our website form and selecting the applicable consent checkbox(es), you agree to receive text messages from MAGIC HANDS WASH.

These messages may include:

- Appointment confirmations

- Appointment reminders

- Vehicle service updates

- Vehicle-ready notifications

- Customer support messages

- Promotional offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and new service announcements, if you separately opt in to marketing messages

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to +1 (901) 921-6511. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary. Non-marketing messages are typically 1–4 messages per appointment or service request. Marketing messages may be sent up to 2 times per month.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Express Wash Monthly Membership Terms

The Magic Hands Express Wash Membership is $29.99 per month and includes up to four Express Washes during each monthly billing cycle for one registered vehicle.

Each Express Wash includes:

Hand wash with premium shampoo

Tire and rim cleaning with tire shine

Spot-free drying with soft microfiber towels

Interior and exterior window cleaning

Quick dusting of the dashboard and center console

The membership is designed for routine vehicle maintenance and light cleaning. Each visit counts as one wash, and unused washes do not roll over to the following month.

Please note that this is an Express Wash and not a full interior or exterior detailing service. Vacuuming, deep interior cleaning, stain removal, pet-hair removal, odor treatment, carpet or seat shampooing, waxing, polishing, scratch removal, and other detailing services are not included. Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning may be subject to an additional charge or may require a separate detailing appointment.

Memberships are valid for one registered vehicle only and cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with other promotions or discounts.

The membership renews automatically each month using the payment method provided at enrollment until canceled. Membership fees and unused washes are non-refundable.

Services are available during normal business hours and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, maintenance, staffing, or other operational circumstances.

By enrolling, the customer authorizes the recurring monthly charge and confirms that they understand the included services, monthly wash limit, and Express Wash limitations.
